If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have ordered and received, you may return the item to us for either an exchange, or full refund (minus the shipping) on regular priced merchandise, within 30 days of original purchase. All "sale" items are final. There are also no refunds or exchanges on consumables & food, which includes coffee, k-cups or Loose Leaf Teas.
In the event of an item being damaged in transit, please contact us to let us know. We will arrange to have a replacement for you, along with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Photographic evidence may be requested by Ty-Kobee, if you receive an item that is damaged and wish for an exchange.

At Ty-Kobee Tea & Coffee Co. we try very hard to ensure that any items you may order will be available at the time of your order. However, there may be occasions when an item you have ordered might be temporarily out of stock, (usually due to manufacturer issues). Should this ever happen, we will email you to let you know.
We will provide you with details about when your items will be available, and send to you. On most occasions a back- ordered item will arrive at our online warehouse between 3-5 business days, depending on the particular item or supplier. In the unlikely event this back ordered period will be a considerable length of time (more than 10 days) we will contact you to make alternative arrangements, or adjust the order.

On average, the total shipping time is 3-5 business days. A full tracking number is provided with all orders allowing you to track your orders progress. All orders will have a tracking number assigned to them, as soon as we have determined we have all items in stock. At that time the order is fully packaged and sent. We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number (within 1-3 business days).

Did you receive your confirmation email with tracking number? Please track the whereabouts of your parcel at Canada Posts/Purolator website BEFORE asking us to locate it for you. Parcel traces can only be made by us 24 hours AFTER the expected delivery date has gone by.
You must be able to receive delivery to the provided shipping address within your order. If the delivered package has outside damage, open and inspect your order immediately. If the contents are damaged you must contact us immediately by email or by telephone. If you have not received your order ten (10) days AFTER your shipping confirmation with tracking number, you must notify us promptly in order to track its whereabouts. Any claims for non-delivery will only be accepted up to 14 days AFTER the confirmation of shipment with the tracking number that has been sent to you.
A confirmation of shipment IS NOT the original order receipt. A shipping confirmation is only sent after your order has been processed and packaged and collected by Canada Post for delivery. If you have any questions, please let us know.
